Registration

Wrestlers need to register with the Cherry Creek Athletic Department.  Athletes will NOT be allowed to practice until the following items are completed.

CHSAA has mandated that their new physical form is the only form they will accept for the 2025/2026 season.   All portions of page 4 must be completed in entirety and submitted for us to clear the athlete to participate in the sport.  This includes the upper section (student information), the middle section for the doctor to complete, and the lower section filled in with any other applicable information and the form must be signed and dated by the athlete and parent.

Physicals are valid for 365 days from the date of the exam.

3. Athletic Fee paid online

4. Clearance by the Athletics Office - email will be sent to parent confirming clearance
